Erin slept like that frequently. When we brought her home, she slept curled up in a little ball much like the fetal position. After being home a year, she finally felt comfortable enough in her subconsious (sp?) to sleep like this.
In her own way, Katie Starr is telling you how comfortable she is.
We are Lori and Marc; Two 50 something parents of Justin (28) an attorney married to Judy a teacher, Katie Starr (7) and Ethan (7), our virtual twins adopted from the Peoples Republic of China. Having virtual twins is very interesting to put it mildly. Yeah, we are a little stressed out but we do have loads of fun as well. Come and visit us from time to time to get a taste of the madness.
8/24/09 I asked Katie is she wanted a piece of strawberry shortcake and she responded by telling me..."I only want the fruit..please don't give me the cake!"

Love the picture!
You are a brave woman! I love it but there is no way I could do that without our Katie waking up. So yes, I am a big chicken mama.
Excellent job Ms. Blogger Extraordinaire. :-)
Sophia slept like that all the time when she was younger....I have tons of pictures! And no....my rule...never move a sleeping baby! lol
I wish that I could sleep as peaceful and relax as Katie Starr does. I have to learn the secret to it.

What an angel! Love the picture.
You wonder how they can sleep in some of the positions the end up in. She looks adorable.
I just found Gracie in that same position in her bed. I was going to take a picture but I'm afraid I'll wake her up. :)
So cute! It kills me the positions kids manage to sleep in!
tee hee, wouldn't it be great to be able to sleep like that :)
