I am always on the go!

These are the 6 words that I chose to describe my life. I was tagged by my dear friend Tammie to choose and publish my 6 words :) It really was not that hard for me to choose them. I played around with it in my head a little and came up with a couple of variations on the theme but really this sums it up.

I have a very busy life. I am not complaining; actually I mostly like to be on the go. Lately though, it has been a bit tougher to get myself going in the AM. I am awake by 6:45 when Katie Starr begins talking to herself (I hear her over the monitor). We are on opposite sides of the house so it is still necessary to have one. I may get up a few minutes later if the talking is just a mumble but if things get heated up in the kiddos room then we are off to begin our day. We begin our pottying, dressing, eating, brushing, hair routine for the kiddos as well as us and then we are all off in different directions. Marc and I both own our own businesses so we try to schedule as much as possible around each other and work at home when we can. The different directions include (depending on the time of the year) school, therapy, classes for the DD, work, shopping, errands, chores around the house etc. Marc is on the Board of Directors of one professional association and I am on the board of two associations. I am also presently in charge of organizing and executing a contest that involves Century 21 Franchises all over Florida. Of course there are always social events as well as birthday parties for the kids and the grown ups to attend. Just parenting virtual twins is quite exhausting. I am sure that many of the people reading this post can totally relate as you are leading the same busy life that we are. There are times that I do not even get into bed until about 1:00 am trying to get things done.

Then of course...there is the responsibility of keeping up with blogging. That and checking my online groups are my recreation that turn into even more to do.

So, as you can see I am running as fast as I can and I would not have it any other way.

No truer words Lori! You really are always on the go. I sometimes wonder when all the running around will stop so I can get off the merry-go-round & play.

The day you do stop, will you know what to do?
