Three and a High Chair

I thought it was appropriate that I change the name of my blog since we are home now with our sweet girl. This blog will now chronicle the life and times of our clan. I am changing it to Three and a High Chair because as many of you know we eat out ALOT and this is the phrase that we utter every time we eat out as a family of four. We are trying to eat at home more often as Katie Starr's manners are still being refined and she has no idea what an inside voice is or that spaghetti should not be flung to the next table. Most of the time she is so charming to the other restaurant patrons that they do not seem to mind. I on the other hand am always running interference. We basically stick to very casual dining where the decibel level meets or exceeds our Gansu Princess. We hope that you continue to pull up a chair and relax while reading about our goings on. Be sure to take cover if the food starts flying :)

Sorry I missed your call tonight, but will call you over the weekend! Katie is just adorable - Molly had dinner out tonight and I was told how good she was by another patron. She usually is, but you never know (plus I never get to finish a warm meal anymore - it's cold by the time I take my first bite!)

Great new name! And great picture of the happy little miss.

Thanks for all the support this week, it means so much. :-)

Lori,

I love the new name! It certainly fits your new lifestyle. As for eating out all the time, we do too. Our favorite breakfast place shows up with Erin's apple juice & muffins as we're sitting down. Our favorite sushi place brings over Erin's lemonade with a drawing on it before we get into the booth!

I can't wait to read more about the Weinstock Family Adventures!

Great name! We have not been so brave in the eating out department, but Riley loves whatever comes flying off the high chair at home.

Hi Lori,
Oh my goodness! Is it a Gansu Princess thing for these sweet girls to be soooo LOUD?!!? I can't believe how loud Libby is--especially when she is happy. Somehow she's made the "shhh" sign her own and thinks the correct way to do it is to stick her finger up her nose! Help! We've had to eat out a lot and I'm getting a wee bit tired of it as my food is always cold by the time I get to it and hers is everywhere! Her highchair is still floating in the ocean somewhere on its way over and it's no fun without it. Hugs to Katie! :)

We are going to need a lot of high chairs when I come to visit! Maybe we should just go to the park :)
