My foot is twitching...That may be a bad sign!

That is what it has come to this November. My self imposed "daily blogging for a month" experiment has just about pushed me over the edge. It really was a small shove to get there. I am the one that has made my own life resemble "The twirling tea cups ride" at Disney World. I seem to have lost the ability to say no, but even worse, I have lost the ability not to volunteer in the first place. I have so many projects on my plate in addition to work, being a mother and a wife that I find myself looking at my size ten left foot quivering and wondering what I can do to make it stop. To add to my anxiety is two sick children and a dog that is looking a bit sick herself.

It sure would be nice if I could think about it on vacation, while sipping a chilled adult beverage.

I do know one thing. It is a good thing that I have the most supportive and involved husband that I could have ever dreamed of. There is no way that "stress would be as fashionable as black" without him.

OK, enough venting, I have to go do some Internet research as to how to stop this twitch. If Katie's coughing is not keeping us all up tonight, then I sure as heck don't want it to be my foot that does! *SNORT*

Maybe it is itching or twitching to kick someone's derriere. Perhaps the person who keeps taking on so many jobs.

S-L-O-W D-O-W-N and smell the roses, not necessarily mine cos she doesn't like to be sniffed.

Hmmm.....I prefer your idea of the vacation and chilled adult beverage.

Oh yeah!

I think that maybe, just maybe, you need to learn how to use that horrible 2 letter word "No." You always have so much going on that I occasionally wonder if you know how to slow down. You're so busy doing for others that you never remember to take time for you. Did you ever sign up for that yoga class? You may want to consider it so that there is less stress.

You've got to slow down girlfriend! Delegation is the key word! Pass some things on to others instead of always being in charge. It's that Type A personality that does it every time. I should know... ;-) Hugs!

I love the word NO and delegation is a wonderful thing. On the other hand, my leg and eye have been twitching for about 5 years now, lol.
Hope you get to have an adult beverage (or two) tomorrow...Happy Thanksgiving!

Ok, another peeper revealed. It took the word "yoga"... Try to take a little time for yourself this long weekend and remember that we have a yoga/coffee date when you can.
Love and happy Thanksgiving to you and the family.
